15 Horror Books by Black Authors To Add To Your List

While we should be reading books by Black authors all year long, the recent Black Lives Matter protests have sparked an initiative for readers to consume more books by Black authors.

Amistad Books started the #BlackoutBestsellerList initiative encouraging readers to buy two books by Black authors between 13 June to 20 June. This aims to put the spotlight on Black authors and to push their books up on bestseller lists.

With that in mind, I’ve compiled a list of horror books by Black authors to add to your reading list. I hope you’ll find something you enjoy!
