Blog Tour | Giving The Devil His Due: A Charity Anthology

Today I’m taking part in the blog tour for the charity anthology, Giving The Devil His Due!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. In an effort to spread awareness on this important cause, The Pixel Project has published their first charity anthology Giving The Devil His Due in partnership with Running Wild Press. 100% of the net proceeds from the sales will go towards supporting anti-violence against women programs, campaigns, and resources. The book also includes resources for victims and survivors of violence against women worldwide. You can visit their website for more information.

Make note of the upcoming release of the classic edition of the anthology on 25 May 2022! Check out the book cover below designed by Emir Orucevic and the full synopsis:

Genre: Horror/Fantasy
Pages: 290
Publisher: The Pixel Project, Running Wild Press

Synopsis:

What if a young girl had the power to stop her tyrannical father from battering her mother ever again?

What if a student had a secret weapon to end sexual assault by her predatory professor permanently?

What if a housewife had unusual means to get back at her controlling husband and walk away from her marriage alive?

In Giving the Devil His Due, The Pixel Project’s first charity anthology, sixteen acclaimed fantasy, science fiction, and horror authors take readers on an unforgettable journey to alternative worlds where men who abuse and murder women and girls meet their comeuppance in uncanny ways.

Edited by Rebecca Brewer, formerly of Ace/Roc (Penguin Random House), this anthology features major names and rising stars in Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Horror today including Angela Yuriko Smith, Christina Henry, Dana Cameron, Hillary Monahan, Jason Sanford, Kenesha Williams, Leanna Renee Hieber, Lee Murray, Linda D. Addison, Peter Tieryas, and Stephen Graham Jones.

These sixteen stories will make you think about the importance of justice for the victims of gender-based violence, how rare this justice is in our own world, and why we need to end violence against women once and for all.
