Head To The Beach – Name A Book That Is A Beach Read To You

A Caribbean Mystery (Agatha Christie)

Beach reads for me are like comfort reads – books that are enjoyable, easy to digest and leaves me happy at the end. So an Agatha Christie book would be a great choice! A Caribbean Mystery takes place at a resort on a Caribbean Island and it’s the perfect book for spring as we head into the summer.

Get A Mani-Pedi – Name A Book You Want To Read This Spring That Has An Illustrated Cover

The Asylum (Karen Coles)

I love this cover and I love the premise of the book too! Set in the 19th century, the book features a woman in an asylum who tries to get her memories back. I think historical mysteries are fascinating and this has the potential to be a five-star favourite.

Get Some Sun – Name A Book You Are Begging To Finally Get In Your Hands

The Maidens (Alex Michaelides)

I enjoyed The Silent Patient so I’m excited to read the author’s follow up book! With elements of dark academia, Greek mythology, and murder mystery, this is right up my alley.

Swim In The Ocean – Name A Book Related To Or Inspired By The Sea

The Survivors (Jane Harper)

Taking place in Tasmania, Australia, this murder mystery is a slow burn with a beautiful oceanside setting. The sea plays a large part in the plot and in the characters’ lives, and the writing makes you feel as if you’re there.

Experience The Culture – Name A Book You Want To Read Inspired By A Different Culture From Your Own

My Heart Is A Chainsaw (Stephen Graham Jones)

Described as “Shirley Jackson meets Friday The 13th“, this book features a Native American main character. I loved the author’s previous work and this sounds super interesting so I’m looking forward to this!

Take A Hike In Nature – Share One Of Your Favourite Nature-Inspired Hobbies To Take Part In And A Book That Coordinates With That Hobby

Eden (Tim Lebbon)

I enjoy hiking and I like taking care of my houseplants so I picked this book because it has a good amount of walking in forests and encounters with plants. Though not necessarily the kind I would like to meet!

Dress Up And Go Out On The Town – Name A 2021 Spring Release You Think Has The Most Gorgeous Book Cover

The Lamplighters (Emma Stonex)

Look at this stunning cover! I find stories about lighthouse keepers really interesting so this book immediately caught my eye. A locked-room mystery and a historical fiction, I thought the writing is as beautiful as the cover.

Enjoy A Lazy Morning – Name A Book That You Stayed Up Late To Read

The Loop (Jeremy Robert Johnson)

Fast-paced and thrilling, I had a hard time putting down this book! I just had to find out the fate of the characters. Perfect for fans of survival horror and zombies!

I’m not tagging anyone but feel free to join! I would love to see your choices. Let me know if any of my picks caught your eye!
